![]() Welcome all incoming students and parents. I would like to take this opportunity to provide you some important information regarding the Mohave High School and River Valley High School health offices. Please take a moment to read our policies and requirements regarding your child's health needs while at school. Thank you, and welcome to the Colorado River Union High School District.
Valerie Woodson ![]() The health office does not provide any medications to students, including cough drops and Tylenol. If a student has the need for medication during the school day, a parent or guardian must bring the medication to school, and complete the necessary consent form. Students cannot carry any medication on them, prescription or over the counter. Please feel free to check the health office for more information or for the medication consent form. ![]() If your student is not feeling well and running a fever or has been vomiting, we ask that you keep him/her at home. Students need to be free of fever or vomiting for 24 hours, without medication, before returning to school. Please call (928) 788-1506 for River Valley and (928) 788-1203 for Mohave High School to inform us if your student is out due to illness. ![]() Students must be current on immunizations or have a signed exemption form to enroll in school. If your student needs immunizations, the public health department provides them free of charge. Please ensure your student meets all of the immunization requirements as mandated by the State of Arizona. |
